As the owner of Spilt Milk Tattoo, he creates custom sleeves, back pieces, chest pieces, and full-body compositions that combine traditional Japanese imagery with strong composition and timeless storytelling.
Working in both black and grey and vibrant color, Mark specializes in designs featuring dragons, koi, tigers, flowers, and other classic Japanese motifs that flow naturally with the body. Sara has been tattooing since 2015, beginning her career in Tampa, Florida, before continuing her craft in North Carolina. In April 2026, she relocated to Cape Cod and joined the team at Spilt Milk Tattoo, where she continues creating custom tattoos with a focus on timeless design and quality craftsmanship.

Originally from Brazil, Tiago is an internationally recognized realism tattoo artist with more than 40 tattoo awards to his name. As the CEO of Atattoo Studio in Brazil and a member of the team at Spilt Milk Tattoo, he brings years of experience, artistic excellence, and a passion for creating lifelike, custom tattoo work.
